"Jimmy Eat World is one of those early on indie rock influences for me. Static Prevails and Clarity had a huge hand in shaping a lot of what I do musically today. Its funny because, when asked to write a short review on Clarity, my band KNESSET had just played a show in San Diego. On the way there we decided to have our own version of the Clarity show by listening to the record start to finish since both Jeff or myself didn't have tickets to the sold out show this weekend. Its been a few years since I've really given it a listen.

This record is timeless and brings back a lot of great memories of my teenage years. A close friend of mine once said, "Hopefully one day your band will write the Clarity of it's time." That stuck with me. It is truly a musical feat which other bands hope to aspire to."

Evan Fox plays guitar and sings in the band K N E S S E T.
