Roveen Are Asking Fans For Donations to Help Them Buy a New Van

Local indie-rock outfit Roveen have hit a rough patch or so it seems from the writing on the wall, quite literally actually, their MySpace page. The transmission on their van, which they use for touring, died on their way to a recent show in San Diego.

"Our van is done for and we have to buy another," they posted in a MySpace bulletin. "However vans are so expensive. That's why we are asking for your help and we need it bad." The guys are asking fans for donations so they can tour. Without the van, they can't escape Arizona monsoons and this horrid triple-digit weather. If you make a donation, Roveen will five you a free CD. We imagine it's one of their's and not a Milli Vanilli classic. You will also get to sign your name on their van.

Donations are being taken at Roveen Management at 18202 N. 31st Lane, Phoenix, 85053.
