It seems these days lots of folks want a chance to record or perform Pink Floyd’s classic Dark Side of the Moon in its entirety. The Flaming Lips have been known to take on the project on occasion. Now, John Lydon (formerly known as Johnny Rotten) is talking about an unspecified recording project involving the album. He was asked to perform one song with Roger Waters in 2008 but declined, even though he said the idea thrilled him. Just not with 20,000 people around. Maybe we can expect a collaboration soon, though. Hmmm — Pink Floyd + Sex Pistols = Pink Pistols? Sex Floyd?
