I have to admit when I heard about Las Bandas Borrachas (slideshow here) back in May it seemed like quite a novelty to me. Turns out the guys from the Minibosses have been doing the every-bandmember-does-a-shot-between-songs thing for years. This year’s Shotfest (Las Bandas Borrachas is a better name, I think) will be Friday. It’s a pretty great local lineup, with Page the Village Idiot, Liar’s Handshake and The Necronauts joining in.
