The '80s legends are bringing Soft Cell and Modern English for a jaunt across the U.S. and Canada.

Way back in 1985, Scottish new-wavers Simple Minds changed the game with that quintessential '80s hit, "Don’t You (Forget About Me)" (from a little film called "The Breakfast Club.") Now, you can hear what that song sounds like 40 years later as Simple Minds embark on a North American tour this summer.

The band's 24-date tour lands at Phoenix's Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre on May 25. Along the way, they'll be joined by two other '80s favorites in Soft Cell and Modern Engish. In addition to their aforementioned biggest hit, the band will likely focus on music from their latest record, 2022's "Direction of the Heart."

Tickets are on sale Friday, Jan. 31 at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. A couple days earlier, on Jan. 29, the band will perform "Don’t You (Forget About Me)" during an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" In the meantime, enjoy the OG version for a little hit of Monday morning nostalgia.
