Dear Diary,
Here I am on the tour bus. It’s been a while since my last entry, but I’ve been so busy. We played L.A. tonight, and the show was great. The kids were really into it. Saturday we’re in Scottsdale. I don’t know if I’ll have time before sound check, but I need to find a Sally Beauty Supply to get my special styling wax . . . they never have the good stuff at Rite Aid. I dunno, maybe I should just shave my head and cut off this beard. I’ve spent so long growing it out, and it’s my “thing,” but maybe it’s time for a fresh start? I’ll ask the guys what they think. Oh, ha-ha, our manager was looking at some Web site today to see if they reviewed our new album yet — they didn’t, but here’s how they described the last one: hostile, bleak, brooding, bitter, aggressive, manic, malevolent, nihilistic, gloomy, confrontational . . . gosh, are we really that mean? Well, it’s way past my bedtime, so TTFN!
