SxSWers Spirit Animal, Saint Motel and Asa Random Stopping in Scottsdale Monday

Phoenix’s prime place in the vast desert between Los Angeles and Austin really comes in handy this time of year, as we get tons of shows by otherwise-usually-too-hip-to-play-here acts stopping by on their way to South by Southwest. Jose Gonzolez rounded a bunch of them up for you in the paper this week, but I also wanted to mention a cool show happening at The Rogue Bar in Scottsdale Monday. Our friend Murph of So Much Silence fame is putting together a cool bill with Angelenos Spirit Animal (electronic) and Saint Motel (indie) and New York’s Asa Ransom (indie). This is a great $5 show.
