Thom Yorke is Not Playing Phoenix... So Here's An Arizona Marching Band Covering Radiohead

Thom Yorke just announced solo tour dates for this spring -- Coachella! -- and, once again the Radiohead frontman is holding true to what we imagine must be a vow to never step foot in The Grand Canyon State again. As best I can tell (and feel free to correct me) the last time he and his band played here was on The Bends tour, supporting Alanis Morrisette. This is especially befuddling considering every Arizonan I talk to anywhere is obsessed with the band.

How obsessed? Here's THE University of Arizona's Marching Wildcats -- they go by the name 'Pride of Arizona' but I know a Marching Wildcat when I see one -- playing a selection of Radiohead songs. Thom's tour dates are on the jump.
