Okay, so good news and bad news. You want the bad news first right? According to a statement from Lucky Man Productions, tonight’s Rebelution has been postponed until May 14.
But don’t cut your dreads just yet, because the good news is that New Yorkers Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad and L.A. based funk group Orgone, both previously scheduled to play the show, are playing at Marquee tonight anyway, for absolutely free.
That’s pretty good news, because both bands are pretty cool, especially Orgone, who you may remember, opened the Sharon Jones gig at the Orpheum Theatre last year.

Lucky Man Productions: Rebelution’s show tonight, Wednesday, March 30th at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, AZ has been postponed until May 14, 2011 due to illness. All Tickets for March 30th performance will be honored for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be available at point of purchase. Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad and Orgone will be playing as scheduled as a FREE SHOW.
