Want to know what new release discs and platters are moving across the Valley at local record stores? We’ve got you covered with another installment of What’s Selling.
You can always count on Phoenix music shoppers to pick up the latest in metal and rock releases.
Top movers at Zia Records on 19th Avenue and Indian School include recently reformed rock icons Van Halen and their new album with frontman David Lee Roth, as well as British power rocker’s Band of Skulls.
Lamb of God’s seventh studio release is also flying off of the shelves along with New Orleans’ metal outfit Goatwhore.
Will you step up to support New Times this year?
At New Times, we’re small and scrappy — and we make the most of every dollar from our supporters. Right now, we’re $15,500 away from reaching our December 31 goal of $30,000. If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of New Times, now’s the time to give back.
Follow the jump for the rest of this week’s list as well as some choice samples.
