This one's a little different: Maricopa County Sheriff's Deputy Sean Pearce was driving an SUV reaching 81 mph in a 40 mph zone -- with no sirens or lights, though he was helping to pursue a suspect at the time -- when he crashed into John Edward Harding, 63, killing him. Pearce got a speeding ticket.
