When news broke the George Zimmerman was found not guilty in the killing of black teenager Trayvon Martin, Phoenix’s ABC affiliate had reaction interviews — straight from Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles.

Some people thought was an insensitive move, as chicken and waffles has been used as a stereotype to portray a negative image of African-Americans.

To ABC 15’s credit, they did interview a white guy at Lo-Lo’s, although he said George Zimmerman wasn’t guilty of anything.
