With the 13th overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft, the Arizona Cardinals selected Notre Dame wide receiver Michael Floyd.
Now that we presume everyone’s done bitching about Peyton Manning, the Valley can scrutinize its new wide receiver for the annual way-before-the-season football banter.
Floyd was the second receiver taken in the draft, and now makes a “legitimate” number two wide receiver for the Cardinals behind Larry Fitzgerald.
How efficiently a ball is going to land in either man’s hands is still up for debate, but it looks like the guy can catch it if it’s near him.
