This story about a domestic violence incident in Phoenix on Sunday is tragic, but we were also stunned by the ludicrous headline about it published on Channel 3’s (KTVK-TV) Web site.
“Murder-suicide goes wrong,” indeed. While technically accurate, the female victim in this case was left wounded, but alive. Which would mean the murder-suicide went the “right” way, in one sense — even though it failed.
We don’t know about the deadline champs over at Channel 3, but we’re rooting against murder-suicides.
