Is this even legal? And if it harms pets, how is it for humans?

We put in a call to a Downtown Phoenix Ambassador, but a woman who answered the phone says she never saw the signs and doesn't know anything about poisons being sprayed in the area.

Possibly, the signs may be just a bluff to keep residents of the Orpheum Lofts or other condos from letting their dogs do their business next to the parking lot just north of Adams.

Still, we'll try not to breathe too deeply next time we go there.
