This caught our attention on a recent visit to downtown Phoenix locales. Several of the signs were taped to a wall on West Adams Street, just north of the Wells Fargo Plaza.

Is this even legal? And if it harms pets, how is it for humans?

We put in a call to a Downtown Phoenix Ambassador, but a woman who answered the phone says she never saw the signs and doesn’t know anything about poisons being sprayed in the area.

Possibly, the signs may be just a bluff to keep residents of the Orpheum Lofts or other condos from letting their dogs do their business next to the parking lot just north of Adams.
