Pima Community College released a video shot by Jared Loughner in the months before last Saturday’s shooting rampage in Tucson. In the video, Loughner walks around the school’s campus and rambles on about many of the same bizarre conspiracy theories he wrote of in other bizarre Youtube videos he’s believed to have posted.
Loughner’s seen in the video walking around the campus, spouting off about how currency is taking away his First Amendment rights. He talks of the campus as being a “genocide school.” He even bumps into a teacher who he says gave him a “B.” He tells the teacher that he’s “pissed off.”
