Juan Garcia, Alleged Kid-Killer, Back in Maricopa County After Turning Himself in

Juan Garcia -- who's accused of killing his girlfriend's 2-year-old son in February -- is back in Maricopa County, winning a trip to the 4th Avenue Jail for a fresh mugshot.

Garcia, 18, turned himself in to immigration-enforcement authorities near the border crossing in Lukeville on Friday, and was booked into jail by the sheriff's office yesterday.

Garcia was a wanted man by Phoenix police since going on the run after allegedly beating 2-year-old Jorge Zamora-Rogel to death on February 24.
