Kidnapping Victim Still Not Found; Police Have One Suspect in Custody

Where is 24-year-old Ivan Ibarra Garcia?

The local car dealer was kidnapped at gunpoint yesterday near Van Buren and 27th Avenue and spirited away to an unknown location. His relatives received ransom-demand calls throughout the night, police say, but he's still in the custody of thugs.

One of the suspects has been captured. Police aren't saying much, but they -- and Garcia -- could use your help. If you know anything, police ask that you call the Phoenix Police Department, Violent Crimes Bureau at (602) 262-6141 or "SILENT WITNESS" at (480) W-I-T-N-E-S-S. For Spanish, call (480) T-E-S-T-I-G-O.
