On Tuesday, Scottsdale-based data rental analytics firm Radix released data breaking down Phoenix rent costs by ZIP code. Via its site RealRents, Radix hopes to provide renters with the same information that landlords have used for years to set prices.
Using data from RealRents, here are the 10 most expensive ZIP Codes for renters in Phoenix. The darker the shade of red, the more expensive rent is. Check below for more information on each ZIP code.
10. 85018 (Arcadia)
This ZIP code is filled with single-family homes and includes the Arizona County Club.Average monthly rent: $1,776
