At the end of the week, we bring you a roundup of visitors to the desert's own Fourth Avenue Jail. To be considered for our Maricopa County mugshots of the week, get arrested, strike a pose, and we'll take care of the rest.

This week, all of our alleged offenders are sending a message. Enjoy.

Charges: Assault, driving on a suspended license
Ever seen a bandwagon fan who's also into face tattoos? Looks like there's plenty of room for a new Red Sox/Cardinals/Dodgers tat.

Charges: Burglary, shoplifting, failure to appear
That tooth is trying to escape.

Charges: Operating a chop-shop, transportation theft
Who ordered the carpet samples?

Charges: Resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, shoplifting, failure to appear, false reporting to law enforcement, failure to pay a fine
Did the cops find this guy in a time capsule that was buried in 1995?

Charges: Taking contraband in a correctional facility, dangerous-drug possession, probation violation
Flower power.

Charges: Possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous-drug manufacturing equipment, dangerous-drug manufacturing
Drugs!? No . . .

Charges: Dangerous-drug possession, unlawful control of transportation
People will be laughing their rear ends off when this guy's so old his man-boobs are dangling down near his waist.

Charges: Assault, disorderly conduct
We have a new front-runner for worst Arizona town tattooed on a face/neck.

Charges: Burglary
Is that even a recognized facial-hair style?

Charges: Marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia
Front: Business. Back: Party.

Charges: Aggravated robbery

Charges: Driving on a suspended license
Just in case anyone thought this guy was Robo-Criminal.

Charges: Probation violation
Remember, human-animal hybrids have been illegal in Arizona for more than three years now.

Charges: Driving on a suspended license

Charges: Theft, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia
Well, those are two things you'll never get.

Producing stories on everything from political scandals to the hottest new bands, with gutsy reporting, stylish writing, and staffers who've won everything from the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi feature-writing award to the Casey Medal for Meritorious Journalism. But with local journalism's existence under siege and advertising revenue setbacks having a larger impact, it is important now more than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism.
