Do you have your passport and Coyotes jersey ready?
The Phoenix Coyotes released their 2010-11 regular season schedule Tuesday, and it begins with an unlikely location for the first two games.
The Yotes will play the Boston Bruins in Prague, Czech Republic, October 9 and 10.
We wonder how many Coyotes fans will make the 5,803 mile trip to watch the team. Probably not many.
The team's actual home opener at Jobing.com Arena welcomes a familiar foe in the Detroit Red Wings. As you might remember, the Coyotes were bounced from the playoffs by the Red Wings in seven games last season.
Surely this will be circled on their calendar, even if it is only the third game of the season.
Other notable games for the Yotes are November 6, when Sydney Crosby and the Penguins come to town, and February 14, when Coyotes are sure to shower Washington's Alex Ovechkin with roses, chocolates, and teddy bears on Valentine's Day.
The Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks pay two visits to Phoenix: February 12 and March 20.
To close the season, the Coyotes play seven of their final nine games at home, a good sign for a team that will be looking to make a push for the Pacific Division title and a high playoff seed.

Speaking of their division, it may very well not be decided until the final two games of the season, both of which have the Yotes facing the San Jose Sharks.
April 8 sees the two division favorites in Phoenix, while the following night the teams finish the regular season in San Jose.
Overall, good news for a team that looked on their way out of the Valley.
