Finding naked pictures of yourself on another person’s MP3 player would probably be a little frightening. When that person’s your step-dad, you might also throw up in your mouth a little bit.
Paul Osvaldo Ortiz-Fuentes, an illegal immigrant living in Phoenix, was arrested yesterday after his own 13-year-old step-daughter found naked pictures of herself on his MP3 player.
According to court documents obtained by New Times, the girl left for school yesterday morning with Ortiz-Fuentes’ MP3 player so she could listen to music.
While looking through the device, the girl found what appeared out to be
photos of her naked in the shower. She also found video of herself
completely nude while showering.
Needless to say, the cops were called.
Ortiz-Fuentes was arrested later that day. Once in custody, he copped to
photographing his stepdaughter in the buff. He told police he had set
up cameras in the bathroom to record her as she took showers, and that
he did so on at least three occasions.
Ortiz-Fuentes has been charged with three counts of unlawful recording. Other charges are expected.
