The man pictured to the right is 28-year-old Ezequiel Gardea Diaz, and police say that over the weekend he whipped it out and started “shaking” it in front of three young girls.
According to court documents obtained by New Times, about 5 p.m. Saturday, the three girls, ages 9, 10, and 11, were playing on the sidewalk in front of their apartment at 6917 North 71st Avenue in Glendale.
As they were playing, the girls heard a man whistle from the second
floor of the apartment building and made the unfortunate decision to
look up and see who was whistling at them.
When the girls looked up, there was Gardea Diaz standing with his junk out, “shaking” his penis at the girls.
As is often the case when a grown man exposes himself and then shakes
his genitals at children, police were called, and the girls were able
to point out the apartment from which Gardea Diaz was seen shaking his
penis.
Gardea Diaz has been charged with three counts of felony indecent exposure.
