The 4th Avenue Hotel (read: jail) had two visitors this weekend who just love their Valley hometowns.
So much so, apparently, that they both got the cities’ respective logos tattooed on their friggin’ heads.
Moses Ulloa, a fan of Glendale and “Murdercopa County,” and Vicente Valles — who’s a fan of Tempe and Arizona State University — joined 480-lovin’ Johnny Shane McNeel in the upper echelon of moronic Valley-related face tattoos.
