A shooting in Yuma this morning has left at least five people dead and forced a school and a courthouse to go into lockdown.

Details about the victims and shooter are unclear at the moment.

One of the victims is reportedly an attorney and he was shot in his office.

Yuma police Sergeant Clint Norred did not immediately return our call this morning, but tells the Associated Press that the shooting happened about 9:30 a.m. and it's unclear if there are other victims.

According to the Yuma Sun, the Yuma County Courthouse and a school were placed on lockdown. The lockdown has since been lifted.
