Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, who bested Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America, has crafted a special four-course dinner to be served from 12 to 9 pm on Christmas Day. Menu choices include wild mushroom and truffle soup with spot prawn ravioli, miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, charred zucchini and coconut lobster broth, and smoked garlic-glazed pork tenderloin with sweet potatoes and bacon-braised cabbage. Diners can look forward to desserts like brandied eggnog bread pudding and mini pumpkin pies with Chantilly cream. Reservations required; call 480-607-2300.

Enjoy flavors of Arizona with a four-course holiday dinner featuring lobster bisque with corn emulsion and cilantro, chili-dusted beet salad with candied pecan vinaigrette, roasted free range turkey with wild sage giblet gravy and tequila cranberry relish, green chili cornbread stuffing, grilled black angus filet with sweet red pepper emulsion, and chocolate mascarpone Yule log with Kahlua crème Anglaise and walnut ice cream.
