David Needham, manager of Vista Lounge at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa and whom we profiled yesterday in Behind the Bar, showed us how to make one. Just be careful–they’re pretty addictive!

The ingredients: 2 ounces vodka, 1 ounce cinnamon schnapps, 1 ounce strawberry puree, 1 package cotton candy-flavored Pop Rocks, splash of simple syrup
