Behind the Bar: Erik Hecomovich's Silver Sip

When the Boulders Resort was trying to come up with a tasty drink to celebrate their 25th anniversary, the bar aimed to make it mighty loaded with alcohol, but smooth and simple enough to make it enjoyable to most drinkers.

The Silver Sip was formed, and the Long Island Iced Tea-ish tasting cocktail is packed with liquor--four different kinds, to be exact. It's available all of 2010 for $14.

Bartender Erik Hecomovich, whom we profiled in yesterday's Behind the Bar, showed us how it's done.

The bartender: Erik Hecomovich, who has more than 6 years experience in the resort bar industry

The ingredients: 3/4 ounce tequila, 3/4 ounce rum, 3/4 ounce gin, 3/4 ounce vodka, 2 ounces white cranberry juice, splash Sprite (the brand of the liquors does not matter)

How to make it:
