At Grayhawk, a $100 take-and-cook dinner serves up to six and features a half-rack of hickory smoked pork ribs, six raw tuna patties with roasted hatch green chiles, pickled tomatillos, chipotle mayo, queso asadero and Martin’s potato rolls; McClendon’s Select sweet corn, chile lime butter and queso cotija; mustard potato salad; and mac and cheese with roasted broccoli and herbed breadcrumbs.
