Liberty Market Brightens Downtown Gilbert

By Michele Laudig

If you're out in the East Valley and hungry for some pizza or a salad, stop by the place that's getting all the buzz: Liberty Market.

It just opened its doors yesterday on the city's main drag (230 N. Gilbert Rd.), and it promises to be the kind of place you'll have no excuse to avoid -- a full-service restaurant, espresso stop, grab-and-go and takeout joint, and convenient market where you can snag some craft beer or freshly baked pastries.

Business hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday through Wednesday, and 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Thursday through Saturday. call 480-892-1900 for more information.
