Kettle Chip Chicken

Anyone who knows anything knows that jalapeno chips are a blessing from the chips gods (they are right up there with salt & vinegar and mesquite barbecue). So let's say that someone decides to take those heavenly spicy chips, crush them up and use them to coat buttemilk-dipped chicken breasts -- that would instantly make them a culinary genius, right? It does in our book. Click here to check out Tina's recipe for what just might be our new favorite weeknight meal.
