Who knew that watching someone turn a slab of pork into chops really fast could be so interesting?! Maybe it helps when the soundtrack is Jay Z's "The Takeover."
Chef James McDuffee of the gorgeous New York restaurant Joseph Leonard and Old Field Farm put together this one minute video of a "total pig take-down" and set it to Jay Z's "The Takeover" -- a fitting song for the event.
The video was a little promo for the restaurant's Old Field Farm Pig Takedown event -- which was last week -- which we missed because we don't live in New York. Bummer.
