Put down the Triple Ginger Brew and no one gets hurt.

No, seriously, if you have any Triple Ginger Brew from Trader Joe's in your house, you may want to get rid of it as soon as possible because on Tuesday the California-based company issued a voluntary recall on the product, which poses the threat of exploding

The recall applies to bottles of Triple Ginger Beer purchased between November 9 and December 14. And while the company says the ginger brew doesn't pose a risk if ingested, there have been several "inquiries from customers that had experienced unopened bottles shattering or bursting." No injuries or illnesses have been reported to date.

Trader Joe's will provide a refund to those who purchased the recalled product (SKU 51857), which consumers are encouraged to dispose of immediately in an outside container. Customers can call the company's Customer Relations at 626-599-3817 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST Monday through Friday with questions.
