Chicken Pâté
Last week was the sweet potato. This week the food trend seems to be pâté. Yes, pâté. The paste like meat spread is making a huge comeback in the world of foods blogs recently with ingredients ranging from standard chicken liver to salmon and vegetable pâtés. Will pâté be the new cupcake of 2011? We sure hope not. Try your hand at making your pâté with Messy Cook's Sherried Chicken Liver Pâté recipe.
