Michael Flatley, brainchild of much parodied dance performances such as Riverdance, is an anomaly. It turns out that this practitioner of prance and purveyor of all things flamboyantly Irish isn’t actually from Ireland (though he is one badass flautist). His fan base, primarily post-menopausal cougars who are remarkably oblivious to his overt homo-eroticism, will be delighted to discover that the Celtic Tiger will be stopping by the Orpheum Theatre to perform his opus, Lord of the Dance. The leather-bound show will dazzle and completely dismantle your understanding of modern sexuality.
