The first work, created by EmaLee Arroyo and performed by Arroyo and Paco Velez, centers on a life-size Virgin of Guadalupe version of a Barbie doll. The latter, presented by Space 55 Theatre Ensemble, is billed as “an intimate dialogue on grief, faith, and elevator etiquette.”
