There’s no such thing as too much pizza.
Good pizza, that is. And in this instance, I’m thinking of the crispy-chewy pies they turn out at Humble Pie, at Scottsdale’s Hilton Village. You can’t find toppings like shrimp and burrata with basil and lemon zest just anywhere.
But now you lucky folks in North Phoenix won’t have to drive east anymore — Humble Pie’s new location opens today, at The Shade at Desert Ridge (21050 N. Tatum, on the west side of Tatum, across from Desert Ridge Marketplace). It’ll be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
