The summer break must have been inspiring for Valley sweet-treat guru Tammie Coe.
After closing up her Midtown shop at 610 Roosevelt Street in June, Coe re-opened this past weekend with a few décor changes and two new offerings to join her selection of cakes, cookies, and pastries.
Coffee and an artisan sandwich, anyone?

Will you step up to support New Times this year?
At New Times, we’re small and scrappy — and we make the most of every dollar from our supporters. Right now, we’re $17,250 away from reaching our December 31 goal of $30,000. If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of New Times, now’s the time to give back.
Coe has added a new coffee program courtesy of Chicago-based Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea.
And thanks to husband and Valley bread master MJ Coe, the Roosevelt Row shop also will carry grab-and-go artisan sandwiches as well as salads and snacks.
“In the last year, we’ve seen an exciting transformation in my brand,” says Coe. “In addition to my specialty cakes, cookies, and sweets, we want to make the artisan sandwiches available to everyone, as well as having an amazing espresso drink!”
In addition to the Roosevelt Row shop, Tammie Coe has locations at 5210 North Central Avenue in Central Phoenix and in Terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
