If you’re a fan of Matt Rife’s chiseled jaw and razor-sharp crowd work, you’re in luck.
The comedian announced a slew of new dates on his Stay Golden World Tour, including one in the Valley. He’ll perform at Mortgage Matchup Center (formerly PHX Arena) on Dec. 26, 2026.
Can’t wait more than a year to see him? His next special for Netflix premieres on Dec. 2, and it actually was filmed last month at Tempe Improv. “Matt Rife: Unwrapped — A Christmas Crowd Work Special” explores gifts, traditions and who’s made it on the naughty or nice list this year.
Tickets for the Phoenix show are available at noon on Wednesday, Nov.12, with an artist presale. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general on-sale beginning at noon on Friday, Nov. 14, at MattRifeOfficial.com. Several tiers of VIP packages are also available.
Will you step up to support New Times this year?
We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
