A local craft brewery, a popular South Korean bakery and some familiar American grills are part of the growing roster of new restaurants coming to the West Valley.

O.H.S.O. Brewery, Paris Baguette, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse and Chili’s Grill & Bar are scheduled to join Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye later this year.

Those eateries will open alongside Emersa, an immersive, observatory-inspired cocktail lounge, at the new shopping and dining hub springing up near Interstate 10 and Verrado Way.

Other previously announced restaurants and cafes joining the marketplace include Salt Tacos y Tequila, Shake Shack, Sourdough & Co., Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Nekter Juice Bar, Thai Chili 2go and Tropical Smoothie Café.

Paris Baguette’s arrival in Verrado Marketplace will be its first in the West Valley, joining six other locations in Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa and Scottsdale.
