Thanksgiving Eve in Phoenix is one of the biggest nights to party all year. With most people off work on Thursday, it’s the perfect excuse to dance, drink and go wild, turkey.
Metro Phoenix features a cornucopia of Thanksgiving Eve parties to enjoy drinks, dancing and pre-holiday fun. Local bars and clubs are serving up everything from old-school hip-hop dance nights to turkey bowling. (Yes, you read that right.)

FansGiving at Rockbar
Scottsdale’s Rockbar, 4245 N. Craftsman Court, hosts Wednesday’s annual FansGiving event put on by rock act Black Bottom Lighters. The band brings together their fans and friends while locals The Hourglass Cats and Herb N Life hit the stage. Chad Rubin and the Band Breezy, Highest Conspiracy and Mumbuni also perform. The event starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $17.85 with proceeds supporting The Joy Bus Diner.
SideDish: A Thanksgiving Eve Party at Copper Blues
Copper Blues, 50 W. Jefferson Street in downtown Phoenix, lights up on Wednesday night with a dual-room dance party. DJs Tyger, Javin, Garret Becwar and Javi Star spin R&B, hip-hop, Latin and other “beats before the feast.” The free party starts at 9 p.m.
The Night Before Thanksgiving at El Hefe
El Hefe, 4425 N. Saddlebag Trail in Scottsdale, goes all out Wednesday for “the biggest bar night of the year.” Drinks, DJs and dancing heat up the pre-feast party starting at 8 p.m. Call 702-829-0251 for VIP seating.

Thanksgiving Eve Old School Hip-Hop Dance Party at Thunderbird Lounge
Thunderbird Lounge, 710 W. Montecito Ave., keeps it real Wednesday night. DJ Kris the Fist spins classic hip-hop starting at 9 p.m. Grab your crew and hit the dance floor, or throw it back on the patio. Admission is free.
Thanksgiving Eve at Stadium Club
Stadium Club, 940 N. Alma School Road in Chandler, throws a Thanksgiving Eve bash on Wednesday with Turkey Bowling at 9:30 p.m. Team Trivia starts at 6:30 p.m. Karaoke runs 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Happy hour is 3 to 7 p.m. with $5 Jack Daniels and Jim Beam, $4 White Claws and house shots.
130 Club Friendsgiving at Valley Bar
Valley Bar, 130 N. Central Ave., hosts a Thanksgiving Eve edition of 130 Club on Wednesday. DJ J-Me Lee drops hip-hop and R&B from Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, Kendrick Lamar and similar artists. The party starts at 9 p.m. No cover.

Twerkey at Stardust Pinbar
Stardust Pinbar, 401 W. Van Buren St., turns Wednesday into a Thanksgiving Eve dance party. Shake a tail feather in the twerk contest with $300 in prizes. DJs Gabrielle and Flawlyss spin the hottest beats. Drinks are half-off “for baddies.” Doors open at 9 p.m. Admission is free.
Thanksgiving Eve Party at Level 1
Level 1 Arcade Bar, 48 W. Main Street in Mesa, throws a raucous Thanksgiving Eve party on Wednesday. Karaoke starts at 8 p.m., letting friends and family belt out favorites. Drink specials like $5 mystery shots and $3 domestic drafts keep the night lively. There’s no cover, just pure chaos and fun.
Latin Flow: Gratitude Edition at Alibi Rooftop Lounge
Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown, 108 E. University Drive, hosts a stylish Latin dance party on Wednesday. DJ Tempo spins salsa, bachata and reggaeton from 7 p.m. to midnight. Dress to impress and celebrate “rhythm, life and gratitude” at the affair. Tickets are $10 advance, $15 at the door.
