Arianna Grainey/Tempe Center for the Arts

It was a fabulous evening at Tempe Center for the Arts on Saturday during Drag & Draw.
The free event drew artists of all skill levels to the lakeside arts space for a time of sketching local drag entertainers including Eva Angelica Stratton and Savannah Stevens. Visual artists Rachel Bess and Matt Dickson were on hand to lead the open-studio style drawing sessions.
Attendees enjoyed a cash bar and tunes spun by DJ Frietz while they channeled their inner artist.
Here’s a look at the event.
