The Dr. Funk at Hula’s Modern Tiki

Since there’s really no better accessory than a cocktail in your
hand, each week brings you a tasty adult beverage from one of our
favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe.

This week: The Dr. Funk at Hula’s Modern Tiki

Hula’s Modern Tiki, is a refreshing change of pace to the ever so abundant hip bars and bistros in Central Phoenix. 

Whether its after a full work day or a kick start to a relaxed weekend, a chill island style Tiki lounge is precisely what the Dr. ordered.

Tropical batch-style cocktails are a Hula’s specialty and Dr. Funk, well, pretty much speaks for himself.

Ingredients:

2 bottles of vodka
1 1/2 bottles of Creme de Banana
1 1/2 bottles of Coconut Rum
4 cans pineapple juice
1 gallon OJ
1 can Cocoa Lopez

Made in a large batch, combine all ingredients and serve over ice. Little man mug and umbrella optional, but highly recommended, duh.
