September’s a good month for foreign cinema buffs, who get can get their annual fix at the Scottsdale International Film Festival.

The festival has screened more than 280 films from 62 countries, and aims to expose the local audience to a worldwide selection of indie films.

This year, the event’s moving from its traditional home at Harkins Camelview to Harkins Shea 14 — a move that organizers promise will serve a larger audience on more screens, with additional services (and parking spots).

The 2011 festival will run from September 30 through October 4. And the film lineup will be announced in August.
