The first thing to know about the AZ Rockabilly Bash? It’s more than just music.

Yes, high-octane, reverb-drenched tunes with twangy flair are a big part of the annual two-day event at Lake Pleasant in Peoria, but sets by local hepcat musicians and bands are just the beginning.

The bash, which launched back in 2012, celebrates the custom culture lifestyle rooted in the rockabilly era of the ‘50s and ‘60s. Highlights of the weekend a massive custom vehicle show, dozens of vendors and a pinup girl contest.

This year’s AZ Rockabilly Bash takes place on Friday and Saturday with music from upwards of a dozen bands. Here’s everything to know about the event, including ticket prices, the complete schedule and camping info.
