Looking for somewhere to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day in Phoenix? You’re in luck, boy-o.

This year, St. Patrick’s Day falls on Monday, March 17. The practical upshot, boy-o, is you’ll have multiple days and nights of pints awaiting you.

Celebrations will be happening inside bars, in the streets and underneath enormous tents. Most will serve up such staples as funny plastic hats, local Celtic bands and more green beer than you can possible corned beef and cabbage than you can stomach.

Here’s a guide to the best St. Patrick’s Day parties in metro Phoenix.

The 44 Sports Grill & Nightlife

4494 W. Peoria Ave., Glendale
Long-running event Smoke Phatties Day returns on Saturday, March 15 and will include music from local bands Property Six, Herb N’ Life and 24 Thorns. Start time is 7 p.m. Tickets are $7.

Giligin's

4251 N. Winfield Scott Plaza, Scottsdale
Giligin’s St. Patrick’s Day block party returns on Saturday, March 15 with its signature blend of green beer, street games, high-energy music and low-brow fun. Hours are 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Admission is $10 per person.

Bailey's Pub

3414 W. Union Hills Drive, #16
Bailey’s will have Mulligan stew and corned beef and cabbage available on Monday, March 17 from noon until its gone. Drink specials are also planned.

Brigett's Last Laugh

17222 Cave Creek Road
You’ll probably be laughing if you indulge in the St. Patrick’s drink specials at Brigett’s Last Laugh available daily from Saturday through Monday, including $7.50 Irish Trashcans, $5 Loopy Leprechauns, $7 Irish car bombs and $6 liquid marijuana. Karaoke sessions hosted by DJ TY start nightly at 9 p.m.

Cobra's All-Day Saint Paddy Party on Sunday, March 16 will incide drink specials throughout the day and local DJs like Mane One and Oh Jezuz will perform Hours are from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Admission is free.

Clancy's Pub

4432 N. Miller Road, Scottsdale
This Scottsdale St. Patrick’s Day party destination kicks off the festivities at 6 a.m. Monday with a special breakfast service. The celebration continues all day with Irish food, drinks, and live music from local performers. Call 480-990-8797 for more details.

The Dubliner

3841 E. Thunderbird Road
The longest-running Irish pub in the Valley is planning three days of festivities from Saturday, March 15 to Sunday, March 17. A special menu of corned beef and cabbage, bangers and mash, Shepherd's pie, Irish beef and bratwurst sandwiches will be served all three days. Prices are $15 for a choice of entree or $9 for just the sandwich.

Saturday’s schedule will offer performances by Peat Diggers, the Glendale Pipe Band and The Michaels. Sunday’s lineup will include Peat Diggers, Noble McCoys and the Glendale Pipe Band with Buttafly Effect at 7 p.m. Music on St. Patrick’s Day will feature Jason DeVore at 11 a.m., performances by The Glendale Pipe Band, Irish dancers and Peat Diggers during the day with Nightlife wrapping things up at 7 p.m. Hours are 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. each day. Admission is $10 on Saturday and Monday until 11 p.m. and $5 on Sunday beginning at noon. Cash only.

Connolly's

2605 W. Carefree Highway
The annual St. Patrick's Day parking lot party at this North Phoenix pub starts at 10 a.m. and will likely go late. Expect drink specials, Irish food, giveaways, live music, DJs and other delights and distractions. Call 623-879-5997 for admission cost and other info.

Fibber Magee's Pub

1989 W. Elliot Road, #19, Chandler
The annual St. Patrick’s Day block party at the East Valley’s oldest Irish pub kicks off at 11 a.m. Amenities include an outdoor beer garden, a full bar and an outdoor kitchen. The live music lineup will feature Langer's Ball at 11:30 a.m., Lenny Kelleher at 2 p.m., Open Beta at 4:30 p.m. and The Big Fellahs at 7 p.m. Admission is $15 per person.

Irish Wolfhound Pub

16811 N. Litchfield Road, Suite 102, Surprise
Surprise residents will flock to this drinkery for a lively St. Patrick’s Day party with promotional giveaways, food service until 11 p.m., live music, dancing and more. The entertainment lineup includes performances by The Peat Diggers, Michael Gallagher Irish Dancers, Alibi Band, the AZ Fire Service Bagpipers, Kilted Spirit and The Black Hole. The party is 21 and over after 6 p.m. Cover is $5 cover until 2 p.m. and $10 thereafter. Cash only. Proceeds benefit Surprise Fire Charities.

Joystick jocks, day drinkers and members of the party crowd can spend their St. Patrick’s Day at Level 1 Arcade Bar’s party on Monday. Drink specials will include $3 green beer, $6 Guinness, $6 black and tans, $8 Jameson and $10 Irish car bombs. There will be games, prizes and giveaways, music from DJs and other shenanigans. Doors are at 11 a.m. No cover.

Mountain View Pub

7033 E Cave Creek Rd, Cave Creek
Primo views of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve won’t be the only draw at this north Valley pub on St. Patrick’s Day. There will be bagpipers, high-energy irish dancers and “cheeky leprechauns” there, The Streetband will perform and commemorative t-shirts will be given away. Doors open at 7 a.m.

Murphy's Law Irish Pub

58 S. San Marcos Place, Chandler
This popular downtown Chandler pub is hosting a three-day indoor and outdoor extravaganza from Saturday, March 15 to Monday, March 17. Enjoy live music daily and join fellow patrons as they find their bliss, one pint at a time. The live music scheduled includes Jay and Showie at 11:30 a.m., Fringe Benefits at 6 p.m. and Tom Kumagai at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday and a karaoke session from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Sunday.

The biggest celebration will be on Monday starting at 10 a.m. and will be completely cashless, strictly for those 21 and older and have a performance by the AZ Fire Pipe Service Group. The band scheduled will feature Fringe Benefits at 11 a.m., Vixanne at noon, Lost Frequency at 3 p.m., Blonde Ambition at 4 p.m., Grunge Sponges at 7:30 p.m., Slingshot at 8 p.m. and DJ Thaicoon at 11 p.m. Table seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Physical IDs will only be accepted.

O'Briens Sports Pub

7829 N. 35th Ave.
The festivities at O'Briens start at 10 a.m. and will include day of food, drinks and revelry. Selections like corned beef and cabbage, bangers and mash, Dubliner burgets and Shepherd's will be served. Admission is free.

O’Kelley’s

2120 W. Guadalupe Road, #16, Mesa
The folks at O’Kelley’s in Mesa will offer food and drink specials, green beer, Guinness and a variety of promos and giveaways during their St. Patrick’s party on Monday. Local band Smashing Cranberries will play ‘90s alternative and grunge favorites starting at 4 p.m. and ‘80s cover band FlashPants will perform from 9 p.m. until close. Padre Murphy’s

4338 W. Bell Rd, Glendale
After a devastating fire closed Padre Murphy’s five months ago, the recently reopened Glendale pub will host its annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration on Monday with entertainment, OTB, drinks and a limited menu. There will be an outdoor tent, bagpipes and drums, Irish step-dancing and more. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. and all-ages admission before 4 p.m. Call 602-547-9406 for details.

RT O’Sullivan’s

Both of the RT O’Sullivan’s in the Valley have St. Patrick’s Day parties planned for Monday starting at 10 a.m. Each will feature Irish food selections and performances by bagpipers and traditional step-dancers. Libations include Smithwick’s, Guinness, Harp and Jamerson. There will be no cover at either spot.

SanTan Brewing Company

8 S. San Marcos Place, Chandler
SanTan Brewing Company will be open from 9 a.m. to midnight on Monday for St. Patrick’s Day. They’ll have their signature craft beers on tap, Irish music all day long and no cover. Call 480-917-8700 for more details.

Seamus McCaffrey’s won’t be having its usual street party this year, but is planning a day of cold pints, Irish food and high-energy revelry. Open Beta performs at 8 p.m. Doors open at 9 a.m. No cover.

Skysill Rooftop Lounge

11 E. Seventh St., Tempe
This rooftop spot at the Westin Tempe hotel will host St. Patrick’s-themed “Lucky & Charmed” celebrations daily from Saturday, March 15 to Monday, March 17. There will be drink specials like $7 Guinness and a $13 “Luck of the Irish” cocktail. Green attire is encouraged. The event runs from 3 to 10 p.m. Admission is free.

Tim Finnegan’s

17045 N. 59th Ave., Glendale
Tim Finnegan’s will host an indoor/outdoor festival on Monday with a parking lot extension, food and drink, live entertainment and a communal atmosphere. The festivities and live music inside the bar beginning at 7:30 a.m. and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Outside gates open at 10:30 a.m. and include traditional Irish artistry and other performances. Outdoor chairs are permitted but re-entry is not allowed. Starting at 4 p.m., the festival is strictly 21 and over. A $10 cover starts at noon.

Thunderbird Lounge

712 W Montecito Ave.
Thunderbird will host a St. Patrick’s Day edition of its weekly Whiskey Mondays tasting event on March 17. Single-barrel, small batch and rye whiskeys will be available from such distilleries as Garrison Brothers and Old Forester. The event starts at 7 p.m. Admission is $20.
