Don Kenn's Illustrated Post-It Notes

We don't often break the local rule, but Don Kenn (a television writer and director who lives in Denmark) is pretty exceptional. To start, he doodles on Post-It notes in his spare time, which he then scans and posts on his blog.

His work -- often grouped with the drawings of Maurice Sendak and Edward Gorey -- features tiny, intricate scenes with children, monsters, ghosts and goblins. He even doodles in the occasional jackalope.

The Post-Its aren't for sale (though we're ever-hopeful he'll join etsy) -- they're just part of what he calls "a little window into a different world, made on office supplies."
