Comedy icons Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are taking their Restless Leg Tour back out on the road, and Phoenix is on the schedule.

A Friday, May 2 date at Arizona Financial Theatre is one of 12 new dates they announced on Tuesday. The tour officially began in 2003, and features them celebrating their 30 years of friendship with an evening of jokes, iconic stories and conversational entertainment.

Both women have extensive writing, acting and producing credits. Just to name a few, Fey racked up nine seasons on "Saturday Night Live" as an actor and writer; acted in, wrote for and co-executive produced the sitcom "30 Rock"; wrote and acted in "Mean Girls" and wrote the book for the Tony-nominated Broadway musical version. Her book "Bossypants" was a New York Times bestseller.

Poehler is an Emmy and Golden Globe winner who spent eight seasons on "SNL" and seven on "Parks and Recreation." Her producing credits include the Emmy-winning Netflix series "Russian Doll" and Comedy Central’s hit series "Broad City." Other acting credits include "Wet Hot American Summer" and "Mean Girls." Off-screen, she wrote the New York Times bestselling book "Yes Please" and cofounded the influential Upright Citizens Brigade comedy troupe.

Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday, January 31, at 10 a.m. local time on the Ticketmaster website and the official tour website. Fans can also access the presale early starting Wednesday, January 29 at 10 a.m. local time with the code RESTLESS.
