Art aficionados, "Star Wars" fans and even a few cosplayers have enjoyed visiting "The Return of the Force," an exhibition at The Gallery at TCA inside Tempe Center for the Arts, since January.

But its run is coming to an end; the last day to see it is Saturday, May 17.

"The Return of the Force" "highlights the creative influences of 'Star Wars' on contemporary Native artists and explores the resonance of these iconic stories and characters within Indigenous communities," according to the gallery statement. It includes works by more than 20 Indigenous artists.

Here's a look back at the opening reception, which TCA hosted on Jan. 24.

"The Return of the Force" is free to visit. Gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
